Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

LLNL/NARAC was a key participant in three ground-breaking urban field studies in collaboration with other national laboratories, federal agencies, commercial companies and the United Kingdom:

The studies have resulted in new physics understanding and improvements in computational models for complex urban flow and transport. NARAC has also used this data extensively to test and evaluate urban dispersion models (for example Urban Dispersion Modeling and Source Term Estimation).
